Refund policy
Refunds (if applicable):
All refund requests must be processed within 15 days of purchase if approved. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
No refunds for damaged or defective products. See the "Product Damage in Shipment or Defective" section below.
Product Damage During Shipment or Defective
If you believe the item you received is unusable due to damage during shipment or is defective, please get in touch with us within five business days of delivery to initiate a return.

The following information MUST be included:
- Your name & best way to contact you (email or text)
- Order number
- Details of what the damage or defect is
- MUST INCLUDE Supporting photos and/or video
Please note that we are not responsible for cracked trays during shipment. **Lashes are not generally affected by a broken tray**
Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
All Returned Items Must Be In Sellable Condition. A 10% Restocking Fee Will Apply To All Approved Returned Items. All items are thoroughly inspected and double-checked before mailing them out for delivery.
If you wish to change your in-person training class date, you may do so up to 14 days before the class date scheduled. If you must cancel the class before the 14-day window, 75% of the class fee can be returned to you. Canceling the class date within the 14-day window will result in a 50% refund.
